This lake access should be used as a put in and take out, making it an easy trip for beginners since no shuttling of cars is needed. At the mouth of Lake Greenwood, this access is on flatwater and can be used for canoes, kayaks, and motorized boats.

Access Details

The Riverfork Access Area provides access to Lake Greenwood via a handicap accessible fishing pier and a boat ramp along a paved parking area. The access is open from dawn to dusk and is located upstream river-left.  Do not leave cars parked overnight.

Trip Details

This lake access should be used as a put in and take out, making it an easy trip for beginners since no shuttling of cars is needed. At the mouth of Lake Greenwood, this access is on flatwater and can be used for canoes, kayaks, and motorized boats. No overnight parking is allowed at this access.
